Breakfast adequate. Room was a bit noisy mainly at weekends.very

Room was better than described on booking form and was located on the 2nd floor. The balcony was on the shaded side of the building and overlooked the street. Considering it was basically overlooking the side street it was relatively quiet.

In general the room was very good - spacious, comfortable and view, EXCEPT after midnight the very loud noise from the bars/discos in the adjacent road, which disturbed sleeping. Excelent lounge bar, good selection of food.
